Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Damaged, defective, incorrect, sale, gift card, personalized, perishable, and certain personal-care or hazardous items may not be eligible for return. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days as permitted by applicable law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
